GreenKite and MGAA team up to launch People Advisory Line

GreenKite, an independent consultancy firm for Insurance and Financial Services, has partnered with The Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) to launch the People Advisory Line (PAL).

Managing People Risk is a key part of business success. GreenKite and the MGAA have come together to give MGA full members of the Association a one-time, 20-minute expert consultation for the senior person responsible for strategic HR and People Risk. MGAA PAL will focus on issues that make a real difference to the firm’s success, and help identify and meet people risks and needs, like recruitment and retention, reward and remuneration, and compliance and regulation.

Sara Ager, CEO at GreenKite and one of the PAL experts, says: “We know from experience that People opportunities and issues impact directly on business performance and growth, and very often involve both HR and regulatory/compliance expertise. Exclusions to the service are instances which require legal privilege, matters currently in litigation or in an ongoing Tribunal process, Immigration or VISA issues, technical HR issues e.g. payroll and systems, advice on outsourcing, and issues requiring written advice.
