Karen helps organisations define business transformation and operational improvement. Able to develop pragmatic solutions to business problems, she quickly understands the business environment, and help deliver results.

Chief Business Officer
George is a seasoned executive operations and transformation leader and has built and led teams across diverse geographies across operations, assurance, project governance, transformation, and delivery within financial services. Passionate about fostering collaborative partnerships, George drives collective growth and harnesses synergies between organisations.

Chief Growth Officer
With 40+ years in insurance, Paul began as a reinsurance underwriter, advancing to CUO. He transitioned to broking, leading as Global Head of Business Development at Aon Benfield Facultative. As Managing Director at AJG, then Executive Director at Kaufman Group, he specialises in aiding MGAs and insurers with capacity and operations.

An insurance finance leader with a great blend of operational and strategic acumen, Ben has held a range of senior positions up to Board level, within both Private Equity and FTSE organisations. Ben is passionate about developing people and teams, and ensuring finance functions are reputable and outward-looking.

With a passion for finance, Sam brings over five years of experience in the sector, transitioning from a previous role as a police officer. As Assistant Accountant, she is dedicated to ensuring the financial health, stability, and efficiency of GreenKite.
